Hi, I’m Vic.

I'm a Group Creative Director at Allstate — a people-first leader who believes the best work comes from strong teams and cultures where collaboration actually means something.

I've spent 20+ years leading integrated creative work across agencies and enterprise environments. From Leo Burnett and DDB to in-house brand leadership, I've helped build campaigns for McDonald's, AT&T, PepsiCo, and others along the way. The work has been recognized, but what I'm most proud of is the teams behind it.

Curiosity is really how I operate. I'm always exploring new platforms, tools, and technologies — not to chase trends, but to modernize how teams work and how brands connect with culture. Bringing generative AI and new workflows into creative practice feels like a natural extension of that: stay curious, stay adaptable, stay relevant.

Beyond work stuff — I'm a runner. Chicago history nerd. Street photographer. Podcast addict. Raised on the Bulls' three-peat. Anthony Bourdain shows on loop. Mac Miller's Tiny Desk on repeat. Dad to Lucas. Husband to Mari. Mantra: "No Small Plans".
